Score for more

Robert Nilsson just got another assist Saturday night. Seriously: It turns out he's the one who fed the puck ahead to Jeremy Colliton, so the league took the assist away from Allan Rourke and gave it to Nilsson, his fourth assist of the night, tying Blake Comeau's record.

  • was that the goal with Thompson getting an assit?

  • That was the one. Billy still gets the secondary assist as he cleared it and someone (now apparently Nilsson) pushed it ahead to Colliton. I only saw the play on the little screen as I was stuck in the "longest line ever" trying to feed my family.

  • who changes it? Does the team look at the video and ask the league to change it? I know during the game the offical scorer can review it and then change it...

  • Yeah, basically, until the referee signs the sheet, it's still in his hands and in the hands of the off-ice crew. After that, the team has to request it -- file a form with the league within 24 hours, then send tape to Springfield ASAP. The league reviews and then makes the final decision.
