Dead (even)

It's tied. Albany made up nine points in 12 days.

Just noted: Norfolk doesn't play another game outside the division.

Peter Ferraro took two restraining fouls in the first period, then popped in a goal and an assist in the second and was third star in a Peoria win over Dieter Kochan and the Aeros. Dave Baseggio and the Rivermen are 5-0-0-2 in the past seven and have more games remaining than anyone in the league.

Jason Krog's scoring streak ended Sunday, his first AHL game without a point this season.

The Sound Tigers get back to work in the morning, and now their work is cut out for them...

  • Well we have earned the spot we are in... Just as Albany let us back in a month earlier. Mike It looks to me like we have a tougher remaining schedule. The weekend in Norfolk is looming large. Your thoughts. Could be Lets Go Mets from April on this year!

  • My thoughts right now mostly focus on how the one word you never want to hear from your dentist is "wow"...

But yes, Albany has four left with Binghamton and three with Syracuse, so if you're a fan of Koalska and Caldwell and the BST, you'll want to root extra-hard.

And Bill, don't go stoking the anxiety on me...
